Here at Gordon Rural Action we take feedback from our clients and customers very seriously. We love to hear if you’ve had great support from one of our advice team or if you’ve had excellent service from our shop staff. It helps us to know that we’re doing a good job. We also want to know if the quality of service you have received hasn’t met your expectations. This can help us to meet your needs better.
There are a number of ways you can leave feedback.
Our Office at 55 Gordon Street
Most departments send out feedback forms to clients that they work with, however you can also collect or request a feedback form from our office, or click here to fill one out online.
Shop Team
To leave feedback about the shop, please request a form from shop staff or download a copy here: Gordon Rural Action Shop Feedback Form.
Please click here to view our Customer Care Policy.
Complaints
There are also a number of ways to make a complaint.
Collect or request a Gordon Rural Action complaints form from our office, or download it here: Gordon Rural Action Complaints Form. If you do not want to, or are unable to, fill out a form you can contact the Chief Officer at our Huntly office.
Complete your details on the form, describe the incident which has led you to complain, and indicate whether you wish a meeting to be arranged, or whether you would prefer to leave the matter to be resolved without a meeting.
Either hand the form in to the office, or post it to the Huntly office for the attention of the Chief Officer marked ‘Addressee only’.
If you wish you can view our full Complaints Policy here: GRA Complaints Policy & Procedure.
